Phase One:
Petition: This includes gathering intake information, preparation of all necessary forms for the court, approval of the forms by Petitioner, signature of forms by DocuSign, filing with the court, service upon Respondent by Notice and Acknowledgment, preparation of Proof of Service and filing Proof of Service with the court. Cost: $250 flat fee
Response: This includes gathering intake information, preparation of all necessary forms for the court, approval of the forms by Respondent, signature of forms by DocuSign, Preparation of Proof of Service; service by mail upon Petitioner, and filing of Response and Proof of Service with the court. Cost: $175 flat fee
Phase Two:
Disclosures: This includes preparation of Declaration of Disclosure, attachment, Declaration Regarding Service of Declaration of Disclosure, Schedule of Assets and Debts, Income and Expense Declaration, gathering of all documents and organization of all documents to be attached to disclosure, circulate by DocuSign, file appropriate forms with the court and serve on each party. Cost: $150 per hour
Phase 3:
Judgment: This includes preparation of Judgment and attachment outlining settlement of the case; Preparation of all forms for Judgment package; approval of all forms by the parties; signature by DocuSign; and filing of package with the court. Cost: $150 per hour
